Since joining Synch SoftHQ, Romaan has helped clients and led several bright minds in the Android/Flutter Department to meet Project requirements and Deadlines. He is an expert in managing UX and UI elements in Android/Flutter app development. His solution-orientated nature always helps him to lead the team in a better way and think out of the box.
Romaan is mostly interested in automobiles, he spends most of the time in reviewing and researching the auto industry. He loves trying new implementations and doing R&D which makes him a technologically aware person in the team.

He is a pro in Flutter App development with a diversified wealth of expertise that includes project analysis, estimation, delivery, process improvements, execution, and integration, as well as project management.
He is responsible for all delivery of the projects that fall under him in Synch Soft HQ. He is responsible for the alignment and prioritization of company projects — enabling growth, consistency, efficiency, and ensuring client’s requirements.
Career Guidelines
Prior to joining Synch SoftHQ, he has spent two years in another software development company, where he held the role of an android app developer. Most recently, he is the lead of the Flutter Development Department in Synch Soft HQ.
