Adarsh is a frequent speaker on the topics of digital innovation and progressive growth. He is also a master cook and has deep interests in travelling. You can find him scrolling across his feeds all day long on mobile or macbook searching of new concepst , ideaologies which he never hasitates to try out.

He is a services industry veteran with a diversified wealth of expertise that includes worldwide operations, delivery, process improvements, mergers and acquisitions, and integration, as well as sales and business development. He also emphasises on Web based development and heads the team of Web development in Synch SoftHQ.

He is responsible for all delivery, operations, talent recruitment and management, and information technology. He is responsible for the alignment and prioritization of company investments — enabling growth, consistency, efficiency, and ensuring worldwide operational.

Career Guidelines

Prior to founding Synch SoftHQ, he spent his years at Alcanzar Software Solutions Pvt LTd where he held a wide range of development roles, from Web design to Unity app development, and interacting with Clients to listen up needs and get them executed by interns under his team. He is now CEO and Founder of Synch SoftHQ and has been delivering his efforts in Client Aquisition , Product Management , Branding, Product Delivery, Business Growth and Expansion.

Since joining Synch SoftHQ in 2014, Saurabh has took charge in iOS development department, as Founding Member he also took charge of maintaining the hierarchy and evaluation of technology inside the premise. He is currently heading the iOS development department alongside helping in managing client relationships and project delivery.

Saurabh is an avid poet and he writes in his spare time. He loves reading and has incredible library of books . He is into spiritualism and believes in out of the box things where situation go desperate for one to handle. He is a good listener and can give you advices that really helps you out at personal and professional level. Overall he is the Guru of Synch SoftHQ.

He is a tech geek with a diversified wealth of expertise that includes iOS development , Database management, handling product level environments and managing interns and training them to become pro level developers.

Career Guidelines

Prior to joining Synch SoftHQ, he spent an year at Alcanzer Software Solution Pvt Ltd, where he held a development roles with some interns under him for providing iOS app solutions at local as well as global scale. His projects included games to utility app and he has been recently leading an app name PocketPrints in Ecommerce segment making the app to leads it;s segment by a huge margin.

Gayatri has started her career with the Synch SoftHQ in managerial role where she has to manage accounts to some parts of development. With growth in team member she came up with excellance in managing organization structure and handling accounts department maintaining the professional decorum of Synch SoftHQ.  She later took the charge of Human Resource Department and activaly working as HR Manager for the company.

Gayatri is a excellant homemaker and a mother of 3 years old kid. She bears a persona of attracting everyone to listen her and follow her advices.

She was a engineering graduate before joining Synch SoftHQ and later joining the organization she is taking her academics to another level by persuing MBA side by side her job. 

She is responsible for accounts related subjects, talent recruitment and management, and managing organization policies. she is responsible for the alignment of organization’s revenue into place for proper sustainance, Employee welfare and company’s budgeting for infrastructures.
