Customer Data
- You retain ownership of your business data uploaded to SynchOS.
- You grant us permission to process data to provide and improve the services.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the data you upload.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle unless cancelled.
- Usage limits and module access depend on your plan configuration.
- Failure to pay may result in restricted access until billing is resolved.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows and upgrades may temporarily affect availability.
Confidentiality and Security
We implement safeguards to protect your data, but you are responsible for securing your account and monitoring user activity within your organization.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynchOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
